1. If payment is not received, you have not officially reserved a space. In order to reserve a space, you must book a time slot of when you'll be available, submit payment, and receive a confirmation notification. If you haven't done these things, you have NOT booked.
2. Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis.
3. To keep down on confusion, be prepared to check-in upon arrival.
4. Please check in on the Parking Savior's home page website for updated, available space savers in real time. If there are space savers available, please book swiftly as they don't last! A driver will reach out to you confirming your reservation.
5. Advanced Scheduling must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. A space saver will contact you directly. You must send the address, parking location preference (Ex: you want to park in a garage, parking lot, street metered), and booked slot time.
6. Please note all garage payment fees, parking lot payment fees, and meter fee payments must be pre-paid to the driver plus the hourly fee prior to obtaining the parking space.
7. Booking payments will NOT be pro-rated. If you book an hour time slot and arrive in 45 minutes, the fee due will still reflect the hourly service fee.
8. All payments are due at booking. You DO NOT have a booking if your fees were not collected.
9. For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking, customers may receive a refund of 75% of the booking fee (i.e., a 25% cancellation fee applies).
10. For cancellations made between 25 and 48 hours prior to the booking, customers will forfeit 50% of the booking fee.
11. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the booking) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee.
12. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
13. We offer a 5-minute Courtesy Waiting Time / Grace Period Allowance for all parking space bookings, to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for our customers.
14. Booking times must fall within our hours of operation, and no reservations can be made for start times that overlap with our closing time. Additionally, the duration of your booking cannot extend beyond our closing time. For example, if our closing time is 7:00 p.m., customers cannot book at 7:00 p.m. or schedule a 2-4hour booking starting at 6:00 p.m. we will be closed!
15. Make sure your vehicle can fit standard parking. No refunds will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please keep in mind that the service has been completed meaning that someone has traveled to the location to actively find you a space. Their part of the deal has been upheld. Please hold up your end of the deal.
